Hello 12 months ago I was borderline in my bloods for under active thyroid .... maybe I’ve had it all my life !
Anyway I took levothyroxine 75 mg for 16 months .... they have made me gain weight made me have more highs and lows, made me feel as though my joints ache and my bones hurt to the core.
I went on holiday a month ago and forgot my medication so I have come off them ( please don’t do this as I know there is advise not to do this )
I feel better! I’m not being poisoned anymore and when I get up from sitting down there is no stiffness and I don’t feel as bad as being on it.
What are your thoughts about this please ?

We see quite a few posts like yours. If your thyroid doesn't produce hormone then it needs replacing. You may feel better for a while without your Levo but it wont last and you will become more and more unwell.
It's possible that the brand of Levo that you have used is not the best one for you. Which brand(s) have you used?
Have you had vitamins and minerals tested, they play a big part in thyroid hormone working and need to be optimal:
Vit D
B12
Folate
Ferritin
What were you last results when on Levo? Can you post them with their reference ranges.
