My own experience of being on antithyroid drugs was that that I put back on the weight I had lost during the two or three months before diagnosis (around a half stone). I was worried about piling on weight (I’ve always been slim) but my weight just settled back to where it always was before having graves. Hope it’s straightforward for you too.

P.s for a short time after starting treatment I was uderactive and I perhaps put on an extra couple of pounds - hard to tell really - but the treatment dose was adjusted and I was back in range at the next blood test.

Thank you for the reply Querty. I find that reassuring. I don’t feel like I have lost a huge amount of weight. It fluctuates really. Maybe a few pounds but I’m only 5’2 so that can make me look gaunt as I’m quite slim. I hope it’s straightforward for me too.

Glad to hear you were adjusted and back in range I was worried could be permanent shift!

Thanks again!
