I think your question is about why your weight/size has gone up???

25/08/17

TSH -0.43 (0.34-5.6)

Serum free t4 -14.6 (7.9-20)

Serum free t3 -4.6 (4-6.6u)

Your TSH is good but your FT4 is only half way through range and your FT3 very low in range. Both should be in balance in the upper part of their ranges.

I can't see that you've put your dose of Levo anywhere but you could do with an increase.

Greygoose mentioned in your other thread that you shouldn't be "no-carbs" and that low FT3 causes weight gain.

B12 -499 (120-625)

Not bad although an extract from the book, "Could it be B12?" by Sally M. Pacholok:

"We believe that the 'normal' serum B12 threshold needs to be raised from 200 pg/ml to at least 450 pg/ml because deficiencies begin to appear in the cerebrospinal fluid below 550".

"For brain and nervous system health and prevention of disease in older adults, serum B12 levels should be maintained near or above 1000 pg/ml."

If you decide to supplement then sublingual methylcobalamin lozenges is what you need, along with a decent B Complex to balance all the B vitamins.

Serum ferritin -97 (11-307)

Is this recent? Recommended is half way through range. Eating liver regularly will help raise ferritin.

Antibodies -50 (0-8)

It doesn't matter that this result is old, raised antibodies mean autoimmune thyroiditis aka Hashi's. A strict gluten free diet can help reduce antibodies, as can supplementing with selenium l-selenomethionine 200mcg daily and keeping TSH suppressed.

I can't remember if there's anything else you wanted.
