My thyroid medicine was just upped to 88mg is that alot

No, it's little more than a starter dose.

Are you recently diagnosed? Is it your first increase in dose. How do you feel? Have you got your test results?

I was diagnosed fall of last year yes it's the first time they increased my dosage when I was first diagnosed they said my numbers where through the roof so now I'm worried cause they increased the dosage I get real dizzy short of breath my appetite has decreased which isn't good cause I was only 89lbs when I was diagnosed now I'm like 82lbs

I hope you mean mcg, not mg! 88mcg is a low dose, but 88mg would be incredibly high (88,000 mcg).
