I am on the same brand as you and have been for years. I suffer from tinnitus so certainly get a whooshing sound in my ears, but can also hear my heart pumping when my head is on the pillow. Never thought to question the levo I must admit.
As I also suffer from Afib, I must admit hearing my heart beating away nicely is quite reassuring.
Hi thanks for your reply.. i dont suffer from tinnitus and this only started a few days after starting mercurypharma so got to be linked.. im also so hyper aware of any side effects due to having that many different ones on different brands... hoping it subsides... if not my last option will be to try and get the liquid levo from my endo...
Hi yes i have hashis but antibodies only raised by 10 so not high... i started eating liver once a week and take the jarrods b12 1000mcg lozenges and my b12 folate and ferritin has doubled my b12 id now at 800... vitamin d is also 100.. so im ruling out vitamins at the moment as my symptoms i.e anxiety only started when i was put on a new brand of levo last october which was the new formula of teva i went through hell!!!.. from then on iv been trying different brands to see what suits me best... if all fails im gonna ask my endo for the liquid levo to trial...
I didn't have a whooshing sound but did get a muscle twitch in my ear when I was taking Mercury Pharma and Teva brands. That seems to have gone when I switched to Wockhardt levothyroxine.
