I received my blood results from the lab today - please see below.
The company who conducted the tests say my bloods are within normal range but I am inclined to disagree. Any thoughts????

Lisacameron24 Well, they are within the reference ranges, you can't dispute that. But it doesn't mean that you feel well with those levels.
From a quick look at your other threads, you're not diagnosed nor prescribed Levo and unfortunately these results wont get you that diagnosis from an NHS doctor, they tend to wait until TSH reaches 10 but may sometimes diagnose if TSH is high in range, FT4 below range or with positive antibodies.
Your TSH is close to the top of the range, your FT4 is very low in range but you are managing to push out a fair amount of FT3. Your antibodies are low so no sign of autoimmune thyroid disease with those levels, although one negative doesn't rule it out, you would need a few over a period of time to do that.
You really should have had vitamins and minerals tested - as suggested in reply to your first thread 6 months ago - that would have been more useful than reverse T3 at this point. If nutrient levels are low or deficient then thyroid hormone wont work properly, and that includes our own.
Lisacameron24,
TSH 3.89 is within 0.27 - 4.20 so it is within normal range but it is high in range which indicates you are becoming hypothyroid or, if you are already diagnosed and taking Levothyroxine, you are undermedicated.
Your other results are also within normal range but FT4 is low in range.
NHS won't usually diagnose hypothyroidism until either TSH is >4.20 or the range used by your GP practice, or until FT4 is <12.00.
Thyroglobulin and thyroid peroxidase antibodies are negative for autoimmune thyroiditis (Hashimoto's).
