Hi a!l I've been so unwell for 2years just been diagnosed with Graves disease leading to thyrotoxicosis its made life unbearable taking carbimasol and propanolol feel so I'll just want to b well nobody understands how it makes u fee! .mass headaches all the time driving u to near insanity

Hi there i am hyperthyroid diagnosed over 1 monrh ago, still got to be tested for antibodies yet so i wont jump to any conclusions with myself ! But i am going tbrough a crap time since having this, i do know how you feel and yku just yearn for your old self back. Its a rough tough time and a long hard fight with your body thats what ive been told by people on this site, i cant offer much experience to you on graves but there are loads of people on this forum who are going through it or been through it and have seen tbat light at the end of the tunnel which alot of people talk about whether they are hypo, hyper, graves, hashis. I am off work for a month and i know in a couple of weeks i wont be ready to go back. Just wanted to write you something that will say be strong cry if you have to and rest. Someone else will reply if not post it again. This site is wonderful and full of great people.xx

Hi, I know exactly how awful it makes you feel. I've been diagnosed with Graves' too although now possibly thyroiditis. Hyperthyroid anyway. It's so horrible and relentless. I felt better on Carbimazole and Propranolol but went hypo so was taken off them. Now I feel terrible again but my bloods are 'in the normal range' so I am untreated. It's a nightmare that just goes on and on, though I did have four months after Carbimazole when I felt good. I wish doctors could feel it for a week then they'd be so much more understanding. How long have you been on Carbimazole for? Do you think the headaches are the Graves' or medication? Sorry I can't help much and sorry you are feeling so bad.

Hi. Rocca thanks 4imfo cant re ember if I replyed to u these headaches driving meto near insanity and nobody seems to care been on carbimazole about 6 Mon they have just lower to 5mg said blood test. Good so why do I feel so I'll? Nobody giving me any answers now there saying I've anxiety never suffered that in my life cannot make them understand my body not right u just get fob off and left to suffer
