Is that a typo? Do you mean thyroxine?
I've been taking it for 43 years and never had any stomach trouble but everyone is different and can react to different ingredients where someone else may not. Some brands cause problems for some people, it's usually due to a reaction to the fillers.
What is Thyroidine please?
Do you mean :
125mcg of Levothyroxine?
You have been taking it for 20 years?
So how are you feeling now?
Any problems? Stomach or other?
Thyroidine is a combination of T4/T3 according to this link.

One symptom we have is low stomach acid but doctors often try to give us PPI's which reduce it further so we can't absorb our food benefits or our medication and so that is a no no but doctors don't seem to know this. It's the only stomach issue o can think of and we are treated wrongly!
Thyroidine is a combination of T4 and T3:-

As far as I understand it there should be no bad effects as both are hormones, needed for our body to function normally.
What some of us get are side effects to fillers/binders but it is usually to levothyroxine alone not T4/T3. Some of us when inadequately prescribed can develop different unpleasant symptoms. low acid is one and doctors immediately assume it is high acid and give us meds for high acid as they don't know any better.
Symptoms of low acid and high acid are so similar that doctors prescribe antacids which cause further problems as we all need stomach acid in order to dissolve food, especially protein.
I tried to refuse PPI's in hospital as I was conutinually sick but I was more or less forced to. My next meal came back without any breaking down and I wasn't given any more! After an official complaint I did get an apology but only because it was an hour after thyroid meds and not 4 hours as my literature pointed out to them!
Some people , with certain conditions, need PPI s for protection from severe problems/conditions including some cancers whigh can be caused by unresolved rising stomach acid.
Although I am not sure what relevance PPI has to the poster's enquiry.
Can anyone explain why the poster's name has been changed and now reads ' hidden'.

I take 100mg cytomel (not thyroxine, just t3). No issues so far but has only been 4 years.
