How soon after an increase can you see a difference in your skin, nail and hair symptoms?
Also, if I've felt better after a week on previous increases and I don't on this is it likely that I will feel better or do you tend to feel better after the same amount of time after each increase?
Thanks

It can take some time to get up to the right dose especially if you've been low and unmedicated for quite some time. It would be useful if you could post your blood test results for people here to advise what might be the next action and whether you're optimally medicated. Unfortunately most GPs are not educated enough in thyroid and they often are not medicating adequately.
I would also get your Vit B12, ferritin, Vit D and folate tested as many of us here are deficient in these and will cause many symptoms. You can pay for your own tests if they won't.
Hair, nails and skin issues could be caused by vitamin and mineral levels being too low which is typical for many of us on here. Low ferritin can cause hair loss. Ferritin levels need to be higher in the range rather than at the bottom of the lab ranges.
As advised below I would look at getting ferritin, B12 and D3 tested. Or if your Dr has already done that - ask for the a copy of the results and post them on here. Being "just in range" isn't enough for us
