100mcg isn't particularly high but dizzy is a clinical symptom. This is a list and you might have a few more than you realise.

If you are due a new blood test all should be at the very earliest time possible, fasting (you can drink water) and allow a 24 hour gap approx from your last dose of levo and the test and take afterwards.

This allows the TSH to be at its highest as it drops throughout the day and many doctors only look at the TSH and make a decision. If your doctor will do more ask for a Full Thyroid Function Test i.e TSH, T4, T3, Free T4, Free T3 and antibodies if you've not had antibodies tested.

Also ask for B12, Vit D, iron, ferritin and folate as we can be deficient.

If you wish, we have recommended labs and I'll give you a link:-

Your picture is lovely as is the wonderful view

Always get print-outs of your results with the ranges. Ranges are important as labs differ. You can post them if you have a query. Also levothyroxine should be taken first thing with one full glass of water and wait about an hour before eating (food can interfere with the uptakeof hormones) or at bedtime if you've last eaten about 3 hours before. If night dosing miss this before a blood test and take afterwards and night dose as usual.

Thank you so much! I do have a blood test form from docs but it doesn't say fasting! I will have to change my appointment asap. All info very much appreciated for your time 😉
