Help. How to determine my reverse T3 ratio..?

My results are

FT3 . 4.6. pmol/L ( 3.1-6.8)

RT3. 20 ng/dl ( 10 -24)

I have these results now how do I figure out if I have high reverse T3?

Have a read of this - I've never done it so don't know if it's accurate. Were both tests done at the same blood draw as I believe that's important.

PS - there isn't an option for ng/dl under reverse T3, you might have to look up how to convert that to one of the other units.

I think the ratio is 14.9.

20 ng/dL is equivalent to 0.2 ug/L. Stick the numbers and units into the STTM page SeasideSusie has linked to and that is the ratio you get.

Since the ratio is lower than desirable this suggests you would be better off with more Free T3 or less Reverse T3 than you have.
