Hi, can anyone recommend a vegan vitamin d3 and can you get it on prescription?

NHS is unlikely to prescribe vitamin D unless levels are very low or deficient.
You can buy D3 in tablet form or olive oil softgel capsules.

and don't forget the vitamin K2 MK7 (made from fermented Natto) (to ensure the calcium released goes into bones and teeth)
