I have just upped my dose from from 25mcg to 50 mcg, when will the doses have an effect. I need the effect to be quite urgent as I am expecting. :s

It takes 7-10 days for Levothyroxine dose increase to be absorbed and it will take another 2-3 weeks for TSH to drop in response to the increased dose.
