Have a private rt3 test to do ready for my next Endo appointment. Want to see my levels before he hopefully starts me on some t3. Can anyone tell me if I have to go through the same process of fasting and not taking my Levo the morning of my test. I need to book a nurse to come to my house as it has to be drawn?

Jefner, T4 converts to T3 and rT3 so it's probably best to take Levothyroxine after your blood draw.
