Just tuned in SAMBS, I laughed to myself when Gloria said to check with your GP's about taking vitamins, as a Pediatrician advised a family member's child weighing 10 stone to take a cheap multivitamin to cure a vitamin D Deficiency ???

Hi Coastwalker, I've rcorded it - I'm an hour ahead here so was watching something else - I'll see it today though.

My doc and pharmacist didn't want me to supplement with with extra VITS months ago - says she who had just taken her Vit D this morning! I only started a few days ago.

I know I don't get enough via lack of sun and don't eat much.,My doc thinks his prescribed liquid D3 dose once a month is sufficient - me I'm not so sure!

the majority of vitamins are derived from crushed rock there are a couple of brands that are not owned by the big corporations.

one Is garden of life and another is drs best

you need to really source your nutrients from food when you cook your food above body temperature you start to denature enzymes they all denature at 118f all protein is denatured at 167f this is from vegetables, the meat protein is pretty much useless as it denatures at 100f as well as having sodium nitrate and antibiotics added into it.

in order for Vitamin E to work optimally the shute brothers who rediscovered the value of Vitamin E declared you need the full range of nutrients in order for E to work optimally so you would imagine that this would work with other nutrients

here is some of the research which explains it a little better than me

Now if you want to take it one step further think about how they make the medicines they force on you all, think about the government laws in relation to giving out medical advice

unless you educate yourself you will never know these things

"the meat protein is pretty much useless"     "meat ----- having sodium nitrate and antibiotics added into it" i don't know where you are buying your meat from but this statement is nonsense --unless you are buying bacon an hotdogs or sausages- but they are NOT REAL MEAT anyway--buy organic or grass fed real meats, for some of ones protein needs and there are very good supplement companies that have integrity--unless you are buying supermarket or chemist vitamins --- think you need to do way more research --supplements are 2 important to just slag them in general--- and most gp's are totally clueless when it comes to nutrition and proper eating..

I don't understand what you are referring to, when you heat meat the protein becomes denatured at 100 f  this means your body cannot use the protein.

grass fed meat protein may well have a higher heat threshold but how many people have access to grass fed meat on here as well as non fluoridated meat?

all meat has sodium nitrate added to it at the abattoir

 google.com.au/url?sa=t&rct=...

the powers that be use all kinds of deception in order to fool you just because it is grown organically does not mean that it hasn't been tampered with this protects the people that produce the meat from food poisoning prosecution

All protein denatures between 55c and 75c this is a fact,

plant protein is far superior to meat protein and is 3 times more effective in the body.

what heat do you normally cook your meat at?

I do research things extremely in depth unlike most nutritionists who just believe what they are taught.

I named two of the supplement companies that grow there vitamins  rather than taking them from crushed rock? Its no good putting a synthetic vitamin inside you as it will do more damage long term and when you are ill that is not good for you.

I came across another good website outlining other vitamin manufacturers Dr royal lees daughter has a website up that details others, can't find her site now.

this is her fathers site drroyallee.com/

and the majority of supplements would remove the vitamin from the cell in order to balance it, In order for a vitamin to be truly effective and delivered in its optimum form accompanied by other nutrients they can really only be sourced from live food which would be grown by oneself and derived from heirloom seeds and using natural water not fluoridated or chlorinated or filtered by aluminium oxides

the interaction that is needed to uptake vitamins is numerous so for these to work effectively the simplest thing is to grow your own food you can buy wall mounted structures if you live in a flat to put on your windows if you lack space

so where is my information lacking I would be interested to know as if I am not making things clear to people then I would like to improve that. I find most people do not understand the reality of the world and just ignore the things I say due to their perceptions and lack of research.

Here is an interesting read relating to among other things synthetic vitamins and the processing constraints of the food industry, look at how many people think pasteurisation is a good idea or soy
