I'm vitamin D deficient, is it worth investing in a UV Lamp or will the oral supplements be enough?

When I was diagnosed B12def in June this year , my Vit D was also def.
The 2 seem to go hand in hand. GP prescribed Vit D supplement and injections for B12.
Supplementing usually do the trick.
Diyena, Oral supplements should be sufficient unless you have chronic malabsorption in which case a UVB lamp may be helpful. Eye protection is essential when using UVB lamps.

Thanks, I think I'd struggle to get B12 as the doctor told me mine was normal as its in range, although I'm told here that it's low.
