chest pain...

It all started with some chest pain then after some few month i couldnt sleep anymore the chest pain happens so often i get really uncomfortable when i lie down on my sides then i started having constipations and upper backpain, my hands also sometimes get really numb and shakky. i have this wierd feeling on my left chest skin. please i will be glad if someone gives some light to whats happening to me.

You should see your doctor about chest pains. If you become short of breath, start sweating, or have pain radiating to your jaw or down your arm go to A&E or call an ambulance.

Your symptoms could be due to underactive thyroid which your GP can do blood tests to check, but you need to be sure that it isn't angina which can be serious if ignored. Numb hands and shakiness can be due to B12 deficiency so ask for B12 and folate to be checked too.
