Why is it?

I have tried to update my profile twice in the last week as it hasn't been done since I registered.

Why is it that after painstakingly typing in more details, the darned thing vanishes before I get to submit it.

Is it me or Gremlins? 😱 lol

Cheers Pp

PP, gremlins :x Please use the help button on the green HU bar to advise HU support. When you try again, draft your profile in a Word document and cut and paste it into profile.

Clutter,

Thanks for your reply. I do it on a kindle tablet and I am afraid cut & paste is way out of my league lol

Will have to consult offspring. 😊.

I think it's gremlins today as when i have clicked on notifications since this a.m.I have not been able to access as I get 'ooops' etc but have reported it. It has been happening all day.

I am still having the problem this morning too and got the same yesterday when I tried to get into your 'notification'. It's a big nuisance.
