Water retention?

I've noticed the odd weeks my work trousers can be very loose one day then quite fitting the next? Any advice on this?

I'll be watching this post. I was about to ask the same question myself. I retain so much water it's inbelievable. Yesterday I was very thirsty around 9:30pm. Drink two pints of water then didn't go to the toilet for the whole night. Plus 3kg in the morning

I have just read that as being one of the symptoms for Adrenal Fatigue...dont know if this helps

Hi This sounds odd but make sure you drink enough water.
