First of all, so sorry that you are suffering. But you need to take action. See a dentist, and ask them to check if it is, in fact, anything to do with your teeth. It may not be. Do you see a dentist regularly?
I had a similar problem recently - thought it was toothache but it seemed more in my gums than my teeth, but I have a checkup every six months and it was less than 3 months since I last saw my dentist, when I went, he had a good look at my teeth and even took X-rays to make sure. There was absolutely nothing wrong with my teeth or my gums.
So I went to my GP and after listening to me, he said it was likely Trigeminal Neuralgia, and sent me to a neurologist. He confirmed after an MRI that it was TN and there was no apparent cause. I am taking Carbamazepine which does get rid of the pain - nothing else does.
Your first port of call should be the dentist, don't delay though.
I do hope that you can get it sorted.

I've taken 3 acetaminophen 2 aspirin and 2 ibuprofen in less then 24 hours
You need to see a dentist, before the weekend. It could be toothache, an abcess or something else. Taking painkillers is only putting things off for a day or two. The cause of the pain will determine which paiinkillers are effective if at all. Bad dental health can lead to all sorts of other problems so it's really important to look after your teeth with regular check-ups. Ask a friend / neighbour to recommend a dentist and make an appointment.
