May, it's helpful if you can include the lab ref ranges (the figures in brackets after your results) as they vary considerably across the country.

Your TSH is a little higher that the TSH just above or just below 1.0 most people are comfortable with but not enough to account for high blood pressure and I think it is unlikely that Levothyroxine is the cause of raised bp.

I had raised bp from being hypothyroid but also had low heart rate at same time. A TSH above 1 is quite hypo for me. If your pulse rate is high with high bp it could be too much thyroid, but if it is low, it could be too little thyroid.

Millions of people who have normal thyroids also have high blood pressure, so it may well be unrelated.

Did you have high blood pressure before you started taking Levo? I have always had high blood pressure but then, I've always been hypo. You could still be hypo. We can't tell without seeing an FT3 result. Lots of hypos have high blood pressure, it's a myth that all hypos have low blood pressure.

Then again, what is high. My normal blood pressure which has had gps panicking all my life was considered fine when I was in hospital in the cardio ward. They didn't concider it high at all. And I would think that they should know.

So, not enough information in your question. Don't just accept words like high or low or fine without seeing the numbers. GPs don't always know what they're talking about!

Hugs, Grey

Thank you for all your replies - much appreciated. Must say have had a lot of stress lately so when I had my bp checked that wouldn't have helped. Hopefully, next check will improve.
