Welcome to the forum, Khaledhattia.

Positive thyroid peroxidase antibodies (TPOab) mean you have autoimmune thyroid disease (Hashimoto's). Hashimoto's will eventually damage your thyroid gland until it becomes underactive and makes you hypothyroid requiring Levothyroxine thyroid hormone replacement.

Normal can be a very broad range, if you post the results and the lab ref ranges (the figures in brackets after the results) members will advise.

Thanks Clutter for your reply.

Thyroid Function tests:

TT3. 105 (70-200)

TT4 8.9 ( 4.5-12.5)

TSH 1.91 ( 0.3-5)

Free T3 2.6 ( 2-4.7)

Free T4 0.9 ( 0.7-1.8)

Is their anything could be done in the mean time to prevent the prognosis of the case.

Khaled, if you're in the UK you may have a battle to get a hypothyroid diagnosis and Levothyroxine until your TSH is >5.0. Your FT4 is low and would ideally be in the top 75% of range ie >1.52. FT3 is also low and ideally would also be in the top 75% of range >4.02.

Make sure your next thyroid blood test is as early as possible in the morning when TSH is highest.

Gluten-free diet can be helpful in delaying progression of Hashimoto's and can help reduce the antibodies. Soya should be avoid and goitrogenous raw veg (lightly cooked is ok)should also be avoided.

You may have Hashimoto's. Your levels of FT3 and FT4 are very low so if you aren't feeling symptoms yet, you probably will soon. The NHS only seems to treat with T4 (thyroxine) instead of natural desiccated thyroid like Armour which was used for decades and quite successfully. They rarely try to find the root cause.
