I saw a video - I wish I could find it now - it was a doctor explaining why Vitamin D is important.
anywho - it all has to do with precursors for howmones and showed that a lack of Vit D leads to a a lack of all sorts of other howmones including cortisol and seratonin end others, which in turn affect how your other medecine works - if only my brain was not so mushy I would post it for you - seems to tie right into your article.
Well I definitely have low Vitamin D. everytime I am taking Thyroixine makes my head waving, plus the diabetic medication, every morning I feel in the cloud. thanks.
