Thyroid replacement hormone for people with hypothyroidism (under active thyroid).
And it is sometimes called levothyroxine sodium, or T4.
It concerts in the body to T3 which is the active part we need so it may not work well if you are not converting properly may be because your minerals and vitamin levels are not optimum.
Thanks I wanted to know this for ages and didn't get a straight forward answer when I asked, now I understand and am just having my vitamins.
