how can you find out all your blood results etc. they never really tell me anything when I have a outpatients

appointment?.

Ask for a copy. You have a right to a copy of any information that is about you. They might bluff and bluster, but they cannot refuse. Good luck xx

Usually, the hospital send a copy to your GP. You could ask the surgery and tell them you wish to have a copy each time you have a blood test. They, if necessary, can ask the GP to confirm.

I am copied in on all letters that the hospital sends to my GP (different hospitals, different departments), so I assumed it was common practice in the UK. My GP prints off test results for me almost before I sit down these days, she got used to me asking for them, but there was never a problem in having them.
