I got my GP to agree to vitamin tests, I currently take a Vit D spray, should i carry on as normal or discontinue temporarily?

I would discontinue temporarily as you wont get a true result otherwise.

agree, discontinue for minimum 48 hours if you can, a week even better.

If you dont mind me asking, why did you choose a spray over supplements? I'm going to buy some vit D later today and I guess if its a better way to get into the system I'll go with a spary too!!

Hi Si, It's fantastic, called Better you, they do lots of supplements in spray form. I find it easier to use, just one simple pleasant tasting spray and done, I get mine from amazon, definitely worth considering, here's the link, also bought on ebay for similar price.
