Hi, I have just had a TPO Ab test done and the level was 11.3. Could anyone tell me if this is normal? I haven't been able to find the range

Hello,
I am not much use so don't quote me on this but I think that is normal, ranges vary but I know where I am normal is up to 50 but again it depends on what units they use to test blood. If you phone your surgery they should be able to tell you what the range is. But hopefully someone else will comment on here.
Yes ranges differ lab to lab - however 11.3 doesn't sound high - are they testing TPO antibodies as part of your Hypothyroid diagnosis, to see if it's the autoimmune sort?
my range (Shropshire lab) is 0-60 so over 60 is positive, not sure of the actual measure 'tho. Jane
