Thyronorm (is the generic name for Synthroid) is levothyroxine. I think you should visit or talk to your doctor on the phone. I don't believe you should have an acute pain so it would be better to discuss this. It could be due to something else. Some taking levo may have pain in muscles or joints but it's not usually acute.
