I think it points out inflammatory conditions which is a known problem with hypothyroids.
a good way to 'stamp out' inflammation is to give up carbs/grains/sugars

PS I would not be 'worried' about a CRP of 11 by the way. If it was in the 'hundreds' perhaps, but then his doctor would have been worried too.
