Early morning nausea and vomitting?

Does anyone suffer from this disturbing symptom. It always seems to happen with me when I'm undermedicated. The nausea I'm sort of used to but the vomitting seems to happen when I'm working too hard and getting over tired?

Xx

I'm really interested in knowing this. Last week I started suffering from severe nausea and indigestion/appetite loss. No food is getting down :(

I get that. I'm pretty sure it's adrenals. It used to be a lot worse, but now I only get it occasionally. Usually accompanied by headache and an extreme need to lie down. I also get a tender scalp at the same time.

I use to get this. MIne was from under medication, and lack of magnesium, which in turn was causing anxiety. Its a horrible, horrible way to feel, and you have my smpathies, but hang in there. Mine would ease if I ate choc. The only thing that came close to explaining that, was the fact that if you get HUGE choc cravings, you have a lack of magnesium. I have done 4yrs of research on this, so when I read that, I thought it was worth a try, and it works everytime. As I cannot take magnesium, I use the choc, when the nausea gets bad. For me, just a couple of squares each night seems to settle my tummy. and if it gets worse, I have a square straight away, and again, it eases the nausea. I only use milk choc tho. maybe look into trying magnesium, or increasing your magnesium intake. Good luck
