Increased to 125mcg levo 18 days ago, having bad day today

Hi

Increased to 125mcg levo 18 days ago and have not felt any improvement in fact today I feel worse. I feel really down, anxious and have palpitations and still really tired. I know you can feel worse before feeling better when taking levo but can this happen with an increase in the dose. Any advice really appreciated.

How much did you increase by..?

It may be that it was too much all in one go..

I increased from 100mcg so only went up the 25mcg

I emailed you yesterday Louise for the list of NHS and Private endos as the previous list you sent me a few months ago was stored on my old laptop which has now broken.
