How do you lose weight with Hypothyroidism? I do not over eat, and since being diagnosed in March have put weight on, with little appetite.

For a subset of hypothyroid sufferers this is a problem (it is for me too). Have a look at the thread a little way down started (I think) by 'waveylines' - that's in the 'putting weight on' ball park. Good luck!

Research has been done in several countries and it is found that patients on 'replacement' T4 gain weight. (i.e. keeping the TSH within the reference range).
