There is no scientifically proven test for food intolerances.

The only way to find out if via a FODMAP elimination and reintroduction diet preferably with a referral to a dietitian.

However, my recommendation is to try a good probiotic like Alflorex first, since it may make you more tolerant to different foods, so if you do need to try this diet (which you may not after Alflorex), you may need to eliminate less foods from your diet.

Don't do it. It's a waste of money. I tested intolerant to over 30 foods. Nutritionist put me on a near starvation diet! I lost 2 and half stone down to 7 stone did another test and reacted to only 10 Differant foods ?? Its different every time. No wonder they didn't want me to do another test. My Doc had Nutritionist struck off.

Unfortunately food sensitivity testing is bogus. Don’t waste your money.
