bile acid malabsorption

hi, is anyone here diagnosed with Bam ( bile acid malabsorption) I am just recently diagnosed and am yet to get any medication due to lack of supply.

just wanting to hear someone else’s experience of this awful condition .

I have BAM but most people with this suffer IBSD so the meds are designed with that in mind, I am more IBSC and border line so they can't give me anything!

thanks for the reply , apparently mine is classed as severe but trying to get hold of medication has been a nightmare 🫤

I do have a combination of c and d but mostly explosive sudden d 🤦🏼‍♀️
