Can anybody tell me whether with IBS our bodies could tolerate NO GO fruit and veg if we turned them into a smoothie?

I doubt whether it will make any difference as the gas content of the fruits will remain the same ?
If you think about it logically all you are doing by turning fruit into a smoothy is changing the texture, you're not removing anything from the fruit and since it's not the texture of the fruit that triggers IBS symptoms then it's still going to be a trigger. Sorry, I'm sure you were hoping that you could have trigger fruits again as a smoothy but it's highly unlikely to make a difference. I'd be delighted if you prove me wrong though 🙂
