I ate bean sprouts last night and I've just passed them in my motion whole how is that possible????

I use to do that with mushrooms as some foods don't break down quick enough 🤣

When I was younger I did this, didn't realise what it was until I'd had several courses of worm treatment from the Doc! (PS I still do, and sweetcorn)

I do have this problem but I was tested for worms and parasites and test came back normal

Sweet corn always comes out whole , they say to use eat it to give you an idea of transit time through the gut .

I have the same too & so does one of the dog’s I walk , So it’s not just us !! 🙄😂

This happens when I add nuts to my breakfast I mix walnuts and almonds blueberries and strawberries to cereal and sometimes even a blueberry ends up in the poo
