Does paracetamol aggravate the stomach/digestive system/gut for those with IBS-c?

I also suffer from IBS C and I have taken paracetamol occasionally and been fine, but in excess it does make my symptoms worse, so my advice to you is be cautious.

Buscopan takes the edge off my cramps and haven’t had any side effects from it.

I get you. Sometimes I find though that paracetamol it doesn't make any difference to the pain. I'm going to try get some buscopan and see if this helps. Thank you so much, this really did help!!
