I foolishly had some chocolate at the weekend since then I've had the worst ibs pain I've had for years also a slight temp. I feel grotty!

Hi. In the same position as you. Ate some nuts yesterday and had bad IBS pain and frequent loo trips during the night. I’ve been good for a few months so think I got a bit over confident. I feel grotty today too! Hope you are feeling better today. Pass the Buscopan and hot water bottle!

Aww what sort of chocolate? Im ok with dark, not milk.. which i later found out it was coz i have a dairy intolerance so u may wana try that.
