I’ve been having the crumps for over a month now on and off with only a couple good days. This is very frustrating I’m constantly in pain. My doctor can see me in 3 weeks. Any advice? It’s spasms in my stomach and won’t stop.

Hey Steph, make sure u drink plenty of fluids and try not 2 stress. It’ll only make things worse and may even be the cause.
