Hi Yes I've tried this.It is excellent,great for settling tummy,and does what it say's on the tube.It helps to get rid of any bugs that you might have very quickly,if you keep taking it at least 2times a day for about 5days.It is virtually tasteless.But very expensive,about £22 for a tube of the gel(which I take)and lasts about 5 days.I find 2 teaspoons in half glass of water works quite well for me ,rather than the 2large spoons as stated.Give it a try I'm sure you'll find you will feel better 😊

I've seen it advertised, was going to give it a try but I been fine at the moment with the medicationi take

I tried it for about a week but noticed little it no difference on the ibs d symptoms - good I'm sure for tummy bugs
