Hi got a result back from a sample got the all clear but said it was a borderline hormone result. does anyone know what this means the receptionist didn't have a clue either 😯

Which hormone? Likely it's thyroid and it's common to get borderline low results usually repeat in 3 months

Thanks for answering they just said hormone I don't think the doc had put the name of it down so I'm just left wondering

You should clarify what the test is and if a repeat test is indicated. No rush though.

I went to docs as having constant problems for a couple of months different from the usual IBS so had to put a sample in get bloods checked waiting to go for a scope all good apart from the hormone thing from stool sample..I'm curious now but will hopefully find out soon 😊thanks again
