Ibs symptoms.

Hello everyone.

I am new to this group and just wanted to know where people feel most of their symptoms. I get cramps in my very lower abdomin which confuses me because endometriosis has the same symptoms. Any advice on this issue will be greatly appreciated.

Same here dear . . . Lower abdomen . I follow the FODMAP diet and it helps immensely

How do you know it's ibs though?
