I was wondering what thoughts people have on CBD. Has anyone used it for IBS symptoms in the UK and what did you buy.

I am currently taking gabapentin for the pain, but the side effects - such as weight gain are becoming a bigger problem than taking the medication. So I am lookin for an alternative. I've already tried amitriptylin.

Hi there hope you are sort of feeling a bit better. I too suffer everyday and am on the verge of losing my job due to number of sick days. Still waiting for Kings appointment. Bit yes I have tried CBD oil taking a few drops under the tongue. I got it from amazon but following tons of good reviews from people the price has doubled from £25 to £50-£100 something! Which I can't afford now. I used the CBD brothers one, its very dark in colour and does work but you need to allow a few weeks of use to see benefits. The darker it is the better. I tried a different brand which is not dark in colour but its £20 something, and as I suspected it doesn't work! So I'm saving up to get the CBD brothers brand again. Hope this helps.

Thank you. I have bought the blue CBD brothers one. It was £25 from amazon. I am hoping it'll work. I'll keep you informed.

OK. So it's arrived. I am on my second dose. I think I am going to keep a diary/blog to document how I feel. It might help others.

CBD didn't work for me I tried it for years and years with many different practitioners. But everyone is different.
