Google Diverticulitis and you will see the difference,you see nothing with IBS,but with Diverticlitis it shows you the pockets in your bowels.
If you have a problem then you need to see your doctor who can explain things to you

Yes I have seen my doctor he sent me for a colostomy two years ago I was tolled by my doctor to take BUSCOPAN I still have the same problems so I am going for another colostomy
