I have just started getting twinges in legs/groin - wondered what ever was next going wrong in my body! I already live with a brain tumour and just had a gynany op for heavy periods - had an infection after that and now have ibs which i haven't really had for a few years! so annoying - I take Buscopan drink peppermint tea on and off and try to keep to the fodmap - leaving wheat definitely helps. My car blew up on the m23 last week and my stomach hasn't been the same since! It was a scary experience and I am overcome with worry about paying for it to be mended - I only do little jobs - hopefully my husband will fund it but then I worry about me not really contributing to life as I earn so little! Life is hard!

Hi,

Stress can do horrible things to your body at the best of times & as you have been so unwell I'm sure you are feeling rotten.

Try & relax and give yourself time to get over this. Have you got someone you can talk to? If you are still worried in a few days go & see your GP just to put your mind at rest. Take care.
