Hi, I'm new here and was wondering if anyone is taking or has tried Garcinia to help with IBS symptoms? and if so, would you recommend it?

I've just looked it up and it seems to be a weight loss medication and one of the side effects can be diarrhorea.

Don't know what your symtpoms are.

Mine is diarrhorea and I found that lactose and dairy cause my symptoms so am on a strict dairy free diet which keeps me under control.

Before trying drugs you could try food elimination and a lot of people on this site recommend the FODMAP diet which is a type of elimination
