I've been having weird noises in my stomach..and I need to find a way to stop them...help?!

That's a difficult one because you need to calm down your digestive tract first. When I am having a really bad time of it I find it is followed by very strange noises. I agree with the top comment and suggest first port of call is the doctor. Let us know how you get on.
Hi Sophie, I too experience weird noises which can be very embarrassing! I have spoken to my GP about it and was told it is called Borborygmi (I think that's the spelling!). To put your mind at ease, as the others have said, speak to your GP. I'm sure it is nothing serious, it is probably due to the hypersensitive nature of an IBS affected gut! I find that when I am hungry my stomach makes more noise than a standard rumbly tummy and also when I have eaten it does too! can't win! Good luck x
