Does anyone get pain then really gurgley tummy then have to sit on toilet til you pass a motion, which is sometimes diarrhoea?

I had this when I was doing my pre-colonoscopy clean-out. All that extra fluid having to go somewhere!

Unfortunately, yes. It's all part of IBS, I'm afraid. I get this after nearly every meal.

Yes. Sometimes the pain is so severe I'm almost passing out. Not only that, the whole thing can last for anything from a few minutes up to 4 hours. It has been known to ruin a day....

Yes its a weird sensation at first to get used too.

Yes I get it it all the time and I have suffered from it for years so no how you feel it's not a nice feeling

Yep this is common for me too, Ive learnt some breathing techniques its almost like being in early labour at times!! and totally know where you are coming from I too have wasted whole days running to and from the loo :(
