So happy to find this support forum! I want to share with you a yoga series I’ll be teaching this fall called "Yoga for Endometriosis.” Over the course of 5 weeks, we’ll explore movement to help alleviate pelvic pain and create healthier patterns in our muscles and brain. We’ll also strengthen our core and pelvic region, and learn to respond effectively to flare-ups. Plus, you’ll get to connect with others who are affected by endometriosis
