Hi everyone
I need to buy a new mattress and I have no idea where to start. I think I need to go and lay on some in a shop but my mobility is unpredictable at the moment. I was hoping someone might have some advice on the best type for people with endo.
The worst pain I get is lower back pain and sciatic pain. But i do get pelvic, shoulder and neck ache too.
Any tips would be a huge help!

and I love it! But I did my research to make sure I got one that was the right firmness etc. I sleep on my front and move around a lot so needed one that was medium soft. I wasn't able to but if you can I would go to a store and lay on some so you can get a feel of what is comfortable.
If you have any questions just ask! I feel like I spent so long researching and looking for one when really I just needed to buy one and try it
